“I’m Gay if I miss,” Madonna captioned a video that she failed to dispose of some bright pink panties in a trash can on Sunday.
Madonna is making a major effort to transform social media.
The 64-year-old music legend published a five-second Tik Tok video on Sunday in which she mocked the notion that she had come out as gay.
The video, which is set to music by TikTokker Nudy Georges, features a pink-haired Madonna standing in an opulent chamber next to the statement “If I miss, I’m homosexual!”
The Material Girl follows that by rolling up some bright pink panties and hurling it at a trash container, missing by a few inches.
The footage then returns to Madonna, who seems to cast a knowing glance the camera’s way before rotating to her right.
The TikTok video received no response from Madonna, and she made no mention of it in other social media posts published around the same time on Sunday. This included another Instagram photo that had the musician gazing intently into her phone’s camera as dance music played in the background.
Madonna has already made other allusions to her sexual preferences. She declared to The Advocate, an LGBT+ publication, in 1991 that she thought “everyone had a bisexual tendency.”
