Following an under-pressure reaction from actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth that was very not acceptable for work (NSFW), one episode of Celebrity Family Feud swiftly turned into something that was not so family-friendly.

The Broadway star competed against fellow actress and comedian Kathy Najimy for the $25,000 grand prize gift to the charity of their choice during the program that first aired on August 14.

However, things changed when the 54-year-old Tony Award winner responded to the host of the program, Steve Harvey, with an astounding statement.

What is your preferred area of a man to kiss after the lips? Harvey enquired.

Rhymes with [bleep], Chenoweth slapped the buzzer without holding back.

Although what the Holidate and Keeper of the Ashes cast member said was edited out of the clip, it was enough to cause the audience to yell, her co-stars to giggle, and Harvey to remain completely silent.

Chenoweth cried out, “I’m sorry,” after making an effort to leave the stage in humiliation.

I’m a good Christian girl; please pardon me.

According to the official Family Feud YouTube video, the unlawful response rhymed with the word “heinous.”

Producers polled 100 women, and Chenoweth’s reaction was not one of the top six. This must have come as a huge shock to the star, who simply shrugged it off.

Chenoweth was spotted mouthing “I’m sorry” to her squad after the round ended in Najimy’s favor. However, her opponent scored on the board with her first attempt and the three that followed, so it wasn’t enough.
