The label of Alicia Keys’ unique, and first, holiday album – it’s a type of challenging to accept she had held released one already – is called Santa Baby, behind the doubled-entendre-heavy Eartha Kitt single that was somewhat disreputable at the moment of its release in 1953.
Keys opens the latest record with a covering of it, in which she speaks Morning Edition is one of her choices.
